# Instant claim

# **Apply For Instant Claim**

## **Objective**

The objective of this process is to **enable DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) to claim eligible leads instantly** using the Instant Claim feature for faster payout processing and improved efficiency.

## **Process Steps**

### **Step 1: Login to the B2B Web Portal**

* The DSA logs in using their provided credentials.

* Upon successful login, the **B2B Dashboard** will appear.

* A New Claim Wallet has been added on the top right corner of page.

* Click on **Claim Now** and the user will be redirected to the **instant claim** page.

### **Step 1.2 : Navigate to the Instant Claim Section**

* Click on the **hamburger menu (☰)** on the top-left corner.

* Go to **My Earnings > Instant Claim.**

* The system will redirect the user to the **Instant Claim page.**

#### **On the Instant Claim Page:**

* In **pending claims,** (leads that are disbursed and ready for claiming) will be displayed.

* Click on the **rupee (₹) icon** under the **Action column** to proceed.

* A **pop-up message** will appear:\
  *“Claims are being processed.”*

### **Step 2: Select and Claim Leads**

* On the Instant Claim Page, a list of all **eligible leads** will be shown.

* Search for the **disbursed leads** that are ready for claim processing.

* Options available:

  * **Select individual leads** to claim.

  * **Click the “Claim All” button** to claim all eligible leads in one go.

### **Step 3: Claimed File Tracking**

* Once a file is claimed, it will be shown under the **Claimed section**.

#### **Special Cases:**

* If the payout is **not set** or **instant claim is not enabled**, the Pending Claims section will appear **blurred** with a **“Set Payout” button.**

* Clicking the Set Payout button will automatically trigger an email reminder to the DSA to set up the payout.

### **Step 5: Post-Claim CRM Tracking**

All **instant claims** will be automatically visible in the CRM under:

`CRM → Finance → Claims → Instant Claims`

After the claim button is clicked, the lead will follow this flow:

## `CRM → Finance → Claims → Payout → Processed → Sent to ERP`

* Efficiently enable **instant claim processing** for their products.

* Authorize **DSAs to manage and claim leads directly.**
