# Enable Instant Claim for a DSA

> To grant Instant Claim access to a DSA (Direct Sales Agent) and ensure payouts are set up for seamless claim processing.

## **Steps to Enable Instant Claim for a DSA**

### **Step 1: Access the Channel Partner Section**

* Log in to the **CRM Dashboard**.
* Click on the **hamburger menu** (☰) and go to **DSA > Channel Partner**.

### **Step 2: Search for the Preferred DSA**

* Use the **search bar** to enter the DSA’s name.
* Click on the **Eye Icon (👁️)** next to the DSA’s details to open their profile.

### **Step 3: Set Up Payout for the DSA**

* In the **DSA Profile Page**, click on the "Finance" column.
* check if a **Payout** is already configured.
* If not, click on the Pencil Icon and enter the necessary details.
* Submit the payout setup to proceed.

### **Step 4: Enable Direct Claim Access**

* Locate the **Direct Claim Access** checkbox.
* Check (✔️) the box to grant **Instant Claim** access to the DSA.
* A **Digital Payout Configuration Popup** will appear.

* Configure the **Digital Payout Details** of the product and click **Submit**.

### **Step 5: Confirmation**

* The **DSA now has access** to process **Instant Claims** on eligible products.
