Steps to Enable Instant Claim for a DSA
Step 1: Access the Channel Partner Section
- Log in to the CRM Dashboard.
- Click on the hamburger menu (☰) and go to DSA > Channel Partner.
Step 2: Search for the Preferred DSA
- Use the search bar to enter the DSA’s name.
- Click on the Eye Icon (👁️) next to the DSA’s details to open their profile.
Step 3: Set Up Payout for the DSA
- In the DSA Profile Page, click on the “Finance” column.
- check if a Payout is already configured.
- If not, click on the Pencil Icon and enter the necessary details.
- Submit the payout setup to proceed.
Step 4: Enable Direct Claim Access
- Locate the Direct Claim Access checkbox.
- Check (✔️) the box to grant Instant Claim access to the DSA.
- A Digital Payout Configuration Popup will appear.
- Configure the Digital Payout Details of the product and click Submit.
Step 5: Confirmation
- The DSA now has access to process Instant Claims on eligible products.
