Steps to Enable Instant Claim for a DSA

Step 1: Access the Channel Partner Section

  • Log in to the CRM Dashboard.
  • Click on the hamburger menu (☰) and go to DSA > Channel Partner.

Step 2: Search for the Preferred DSA

  • Use the search bar to enter the DSA’s name.
  • Click on the Eye Icon (👁️) next to the DSA’s details to open their profile.

Step 3: Set Up Payout for the DSA

  • In the DSA Profile Page, click on the “Finance” column.
  • check if a Payout is already configured.
  • If not, click on the Pencil Icon and enter the necessary details.
  • Submit the payout setup to proceed.

Step 4: Enable Direct Claim Access

  • Locate the Direct Claim Access checkbox.
  • Check (✔️) the box to grant Instant Claim access to the DSA.
  • A Digital Payout Configuration Popup will appear.
  • Configure the Digital Payout Details of the product and click Submit.

Step 5: Confirmation

  • The DSA now has access to process Instant Claims on eligible products.
