Steps to Send App Notifications

Step 1: Navigate to App Notification Service

1. Go to the Marketing tab in the application.
2. Click on App Notification Service to open the feature.

Step 2: Select Notification Template

1. Choose an existing template from the available list.

1. Alternatively, create a new template based on your preferences.

Step 3: Select Notification Receiver Type

1. Choose the Type of Receiver for sending notifications:
   • Channel Partners
   • Customers

​

Step 4: Apply List Filter

1. Select a List Filter to refine the target audience.
2. The system will display the total count of customers who will receive the app notifications.

Step 5: Send App Notification

1. Click on Send Notification to initiate the message dispatch.
2. The notifications will be successfully sent to the selected customers via the RU Connect App.
