This release delivers major improvements by resolving critical bugs, optimizing system performance, and enhancing usability based on valuable user feedback. New Features Added

1. NS Bank ID can also be edited

Description:
  • Earlier, we were not able to edit the NetSuite Bank ID while editing any bank in NetSuite, but now we can.

2. Active/Inactive any Bank

Description:
  • A user can activate or deactivate any bank, and once a bank is deactivated, it will no longer be available for use anywhere in the system.Products cannot be added to inactive banks. These banks will also not appear in the dropdowns of lead forms or login forms, and leads for these banks will not be accepted through Excel uploads either.

3. The MIS for customer leads has been regularly shared with the CEO’s assistant since Mar 27, 2025

Description:
  • The MIS for customer leads has been sent daily to the CEO’s assistant since March 27.

4. Search DSA code functionality in CRM

Description:
  • Earlier, there was no search field to look up Vendor IDs in Channel Partners. Now, the search field has been added, and users can search using the DSA ID, i.e., the Vendor ID.

5. The system will allow 21 as Business Category for leads with different vendor ID but same main Hierarchy

Description:
  • In the lead form, there is a new update: the system will now allow “21” as the Business Category for leads that have different Vendor IDs but belong to the same main hierarchy.

6. Enhancement- Redirecting to Bucket when we click on the cases reflecting in Consolidated Leads

Description:
  • In the consolidated lead and customer leads, there will be a small icon next to each lead indicating which section the lead belongs to. When the user clicks on the icon, they will be redirected to that specific section.

7. Products can only be added to active banks; inactive banks are restricted from product additions.

Description:
  • As mentioned earlier, any bank can be activated or deactivated. When a bank is inactive, users will not be able to add products to it. Products can only be added to active banks.

8. Red Flag System Implemented to Prevent Unreliable Confirmations

Description: The Red Flag System is now live, tracking bankers by email and name to prevent advance payments based on incorrect confirmations. Flagged bankers remain identifiable even if they switch banks, enhancing payment accuracy and reducing financial risk.

9. Assign DSA to Users Using Bulk Filter Option

Description: This feature allows assigning DSA to multiple users simultaneously using filter criteria and is limited to selected users only.

10. The system will allow 7 & 21 as Business Category for all cases

Description:
  • In the lead form, there is a new update: the system will now allow “7” & “21” as the Business Category for all leads.

Bug Fixes

1. Customer Lead errors

Description:
  • In Finance customer leads, there used to be errors while saving leads, but this issue has now been fixed.

2. Excel upload for Sundaram LAP

Description:
  • Users were facing issues while updating through MIS upload, where the data was not getting updated properly. This issue has now been fixed.

3. Prefer cases were not getting updated

Description:
  • The issue where disbursed cases under PreFR were not being updated has now been resolved.

4. Customer was not getting OTP

Description:
  • The issue where OTPs were not being sent while editing customer details has been fixed.

5. Not receiving Ledger email when requested from CRM

Description:
  • The issue where users were facing difficulties in sending ledger emails from the CRM and not receiving them has been resolved.

6. Vendor is old but cases not uploading

Description:
  • The issue where an error message stating “This lead does not belong to BH” was appearing while uploading cases—despite all vendors being old and regularly used for uploads—has now been resolved.

7. BH’s name is not reflecting in CRM for most of the partners

Description:
  • The issue where the Business Head column in the Applications was appearing empty has been resolved.

8. Netsuite products active/inactive

Description:
  • Just like banks can be activated or deactivated, users can now also activate or deactivate products. Once a product is deactivated, it will be removed from all sections and will no longer be available for use.

9. App Notification Character Limit and Description Visibility Issue

Description:
  • The issue where app notifications were limited to 35 characters for the Title and Body, and the Description field was not reflecting properly, has now been resolved. Users can now add longer content, and all fields are functioning as expected.

10. BBPS MIS Export and Case Search Issue in CRM

Description:
  • The issue where users were unable to export BBPS MIS and could not locate cases using Transaction Reference ID and Biller ID in the CRM has been resolved. All related data is now accessible and functioning properly.
