7. Create “Business Report” Tab – City Wise & Lender Wise Description:
  • Developed new tab to display reports categorized by city and lender.

8. Create Sales Report Description:
  • Developed a new Sales Report module to monitor telesupervisor and telecaller performance. The dashboard provides city-wise and state-wise insights into calling activity with detailed call outcome categorization.
