8. Updated Loan Number Validation Logic
Description:- Loan numbers ending with two or more zeros will no longer be rejected by default. Now, validation checks the total length of the loan number. If it’s over 11 digits and ends with two or more zeros, an error is shown; otherwise, it’s allowed.

9. Validation Rule Update for Ratio and Rate Fields
Description:- The Ratio field must always be greater than zero — zero is not allowed in any case.
The Rate field can be zero, but only for product codes 17, 20, and 21.
