Steps to Send CRM Push Notifications

Step 1: Navigate to CRM Notification Service

1. Go to the Marketing tab in the application.
2. Click on CRM Notification Service to open the feature.

Step 2: Select Notification Template

1. Choose an existing template from the available list.
2. Alternatively, create a new template based on your preferences.

Step 3: Apply List Filter

1. Select a List Filter to refine the target audience.
2. The system will display the total count of customers who will receive the push notifications.

Step 4: Send Push Notification

1. Click on Send Push Notifications to initiate the message dispatch.
2. The notifications will be successfully sent to the selected customers.
