Steps to Send CRM Push Notifications
Step 1: Navigate to CRM Notification Service

Go to the Marketing tab in the application.

Click on CRM Notification Service to open the feature.
Step 2: Select Notification Template

Choose an existing template from the available list.

Alternatively, create a new template based on your preferences.
Step 3: Apply List Filter

Select a List Filter to refine the target audience.

The system will display the total count of customers who will receive the push notifications.
Step 4: Send Push Notification

Click on Send Push Notifications to initiate the message dispatch.

The notifications will be successfully sent to the selected customers.
