Leads originating from AI-powered tools and chatbots will be marked as LLM leads in the system and automatically assigned to Ruloans HO within 30 minutes of entry.

Covered AI Platforms

The following 20 AI tools and platforms are recognised as LLM sources. Leads from any of these will be tagged as LLM:

Note: This list is configurable. Any new AI platform can be added via system configuration without a code change.

Acceptance Criteria

  • UTM main source is LLM Leads
  • DSA Consent is given or not given (both cases apply)
  • No Salesperson currently assigned
  • System assigns lead to Ruloans HO within 30 minutes

Implementation Notes

  • If a lead is marked as LLM leads but already has an existing partner, the existing partner mapping takes precedence — no reassignment.
  • All 20 platforms must be maintained as a configurable list to allow additions without code changes.
  • LLM leads must be visible in CRM, reporting dashboards, and audit logs.
