Overview The Lead Assignment system automatically distributes Website Organic and Paid leads to the appropriate Business Head or Ruloans HO based on predefined City and State mapping rules. When a lead is generated, the system evaluates the lead’s location details and checks the configured mapping to determine the responsible owner. This automation ensures faster lead allocation, regional ownership, balanced workload distribution, and prevents manual intervention in the lead routing process.

Website Paid Lead assignment

When a lead enters the system with UTM parameters from it is considered as a website paid lead.

Acceptance Criteria

  • UTM main source is Website Paid
  • DSA Consent is given or not given both
  • No Salesperson Assigned
System will Assign the lead to Ruloans HO within 30 minutes

Other Lead Sources assignment

When the lead enters the system without any utm parameters for any main source.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Lead is not Referred
  • UTM main source is not Website Paid
  • DSA Consent is given or not given both
  • No Salesperson Assigned
System will Assign the lead to Ruloans HO on T+1 Day basis.

City/State Based Lead Mapping to Business Heads

Assign leads on the basis of list provided for different Business Heads for their regions for smooth operations.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Residential address is given
  • City & State match mapping list
  • Business Head = Nagendra / Amit / Balkrishan
  • Joining Date is less than or equal to Lead Date
  • Assign to respective Business Head

Existing Partner Check

If a lead has an existing partner there will be no change in the partner mapping.

Acceptance Criteria

  • If DSA has existing partner
  • Do not override or reassign

Other Business Heads

If the City/State entered does not match the list under mapped Business heads.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Business Head not in mapping list provided
  • No other partner selected
  • Assign to Ruloans HO
